As we all know, Pep Guardiola is taking over Barcelona and all the footballing audience is expecting some big changes that will be made at the Catalunyan club. With Ronaldinho, Eto'o and Deco almost surely leaving, it'll be a really radical one, too. Pep also decided that he has no interest in Giovani Dos Santos and Barca sold him to Tottenham under his actual price. But it's also possible that these players were those who made the hostile athmosphere in the squad, who rioted and if it's so, Pep made the right step. With people like Adebayor or Roman Pavlyuchenko rumoured to step in Eto'os place, the Barca fans shouldn't be afraid that much. Another fact is Guardiola's inexperiencedness - he managed only Barca's reserve team, that's all, the third spanish division, which certainly isn't as demanding as the La Liga. Beginner's luck, people tend to say, will it be Pep's case? What's your opinion abut him? Will he be any successful ? What players would you love to see at Barca?

I put other because i feel he's going to be a nearly man, always finishes second, with the occasional trophy thrown in.
You may be thinking, "Why didn't i vote for 'they should've rather appointed Mourinho' then?". Well that's because i don't like Mourinho.

I'm a believer The one thing he will definitely do is instill a good team spirit and work ethic which is the first step.

i agree with chris, finishing second is also a nice thing to achieve but yes, i do think, he'll change barcelona so the atmosphere there will be better but i can't see them winning the title...
